About this role
The ServiceNow DevOps Engineer administers, maintains, and continuously improves the organization's ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD and SPM modules, including custom apps, virtual agents and portals. The role is part of the Operations, Support and Development team and collaborates with the Platform Delivery team to support platform lifecycle and delivery. The position aims to optimize service management for IT, HR and L&D to improve efficiency, compliance and platform reliability.
