About this role
The ServiceNow HRSD Product Manager will lead the strategic development and delivery of Takeda’s HR Service Delivery capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role partners with Takeda Business Solutions, Data, Digital & Technology and business units to translate product vision and user needs into well-integrated software that improves productivity and employee experience. It oversees the full product lifecycle and drives continuous improvement through agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
