BRMi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support the administration, operation, maintenance, and ongoing health of the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for maintaining stable and secure production and non-production environments while supporting platform configurations, upgrades, integrations, plugins, and operational activities. The position works closely with ServiceNow support teams, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues, coordinate environment activities, maintain operational readiness, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
