About this role

The ServiceNow Release Manager supports DISA's Global Solutions Management Operations II contract by leading Agile teams in the management and delivery of new functionality on the AWS Cloud. Key duties include overseeing the deployment of the Joint Management Tool, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring secure, automated release processes through strict adherence to CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities

Plan and guide cross-functional teams in executing project tasks using Lean Agile principles.
Lead and own the established release management process including risk assessment.
Manage all minor and significant releases within the AWS Cloud environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate dependencies and address technical debt.
Track project dependencies, risks, and mitigations to ensure smooth delivery.
