About this role

This role involves owning and enhancing the ServiceNow SAM Pro module to manage the end-to-end software asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement. The position focuses on ensuring license compliance, designing governance standards, and driving data integration for reporting on compliance and spend metrics. Candidates will work with various publisher-specific licensing models to optimize software assets and support vendor audits.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance the ServiceNow SAM Pro module for software models and metrics.
Manage the end-to-end software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
Ensure license compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate entitlement data.
Design and improve SAM processes, workflows, and governance standards.
Drive data integration and reporting on compliance, spend, and lifecycle KPIs.
