Servicing Quality Control Auditor II

As a member of the Risk team's Servicing QC, this role reviews performing and non-performing loan files to identify defects and procedural findings that reduce overall risk exposure for UWM. Employees provide clear feedback to internal and external sources, ensuring all loan files adhere to UWM standards, investor guidelines, and applicable federal or state regulations. This position also utilizes internal job aids and posted guidance to maintain compliance with servicing protocols.
