Set Up II (PMT)

The Set Up II (PMT) role is responsible for the complete end-to-end changeover, technical configuration, process stabilization, and basic troubleshooting of plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment. This position involves installing complex molds, synchronizing automation, and fine-tuning process parameters to ensure defect-free production and continuous run efficiency. The role requires combining mechanical precision with analytical problem-solving to maintain high-quality output and equipment reliability.
