Set-Up Operator

This role leads the set-up process of tooling for a vinyl siding extrusion operation while ensuring equipment readiness and product quality. The position involves supporting machine operators, managing changeovers between different material types, and initiating process control improvement opportunities within an entrepreneurial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts and may be required to perform machine operator duties when staff is short.
