The Association for New Canadians (ANC) is a non-profit settlement organization based in Newfoundland and Labrador that helps immigrants and refugees settle, integrate, and participate in community and economic life. ANC delivers programs and services for newcomers — including language supports, employment and job‑readiness training, orientation and referrals — alongside employer engagement and hiring supports.
