Settlements Analyst

As a member of the Global Settlements Team, the Settlements Analyst settles counterparties' balances, processes sales invoices, and sets up payments for daily cargo movements and services. The role supports related departments in the month-end reconciliation process and ensures compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and tax requirements. It involves managing accounts receivable and payable, issuing payment orders, and following up on outstanding balances to reduce debtor days.
