Setup Operator

The Setup Operator works on the Machine Shop team to set up and operate conventional and CNC machining equipment, following engineering drawings and process sheets to produce high‑quality metallic and non‑metallic parts. The role ensures accurate counts, meets production standards, and seeks continuous improvements in manufacturing processes while adhering to safety guidelines.
