SFS Counselor

The SFS Counselor ensures accurate and efficient processing of student billing and accounts while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations. This role involves extensive interaction with students, families, and campus partners to support student success through transparent account management. The position requires resolving outstanding balances, establishing payment plans, and collaborating with the Controller’s office for reconciliation and reporting.
