About this role
The Shared Capabilities Director leads the team that provides cross-cutting capabilities for the Workday and Enterprise Solutions Team (WEST), advancing UW–Madison’s use of Workday and other enterprise applications. The role provides strategic leadership, develops the enterprise applications product roadmap, and partners with institutional leaders to align technology solutions with business needs. The director also oversees governance, prioritization, and continuous improvement efforts to maximize product value.
