Shared Lives Carer

This role involves providing person-centred support to adults with social care needs, such as dementia or physical disabilities, within the carer's home or community. As a self-employed Shared Lives Carer, you will offer flexible placements ranging from long-term living arrangements to short breaks and day support. The position allows you to work from home while making a direct difference to clients' lives through tailored care and companionship.
