This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership on all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) matters, developing and aligning the site's strategy with global objectives and local regulations. The incumbent leads the SHE Management System, drives continuous improvement against ISO standards, and oversees risk management, contractor safety, and emergency response programs. Additionally, the position involves establishing relationships with regulatory authorities, managing documentation governance, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement site SHE strategy aligned with global objectives
Lead SHE audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Oversee Contractor Safety Management and permit-to-work systems
Establish relationships with regulatory authorities and external agencies
Develop and deliver SHE training programs to build organizational capability
