About this role

A Shell Graduate Programme in the Philippines is a three-year rotational development programme based in Makati/BGC/Batangas designed to develop future leaders through on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and coaching. The programme targets final-year students or recent graduates (under 3 years’ experience) from disciplines such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or Computer Science. Start dates are May and August 2026.
