Intel’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development (Substrate and Wafer Assembly) team is hiring a Module Engineer On Shift to support high-volume manufacturing operations in Phoenix, Arizona. The position is part of Intel Foundry’s advanced packaging organization and supports continuous 24x7 factory operations on a 12-hour day shift with alternating 3/4-day work weeks.
