Shift Coordinator, Refinery, Dec

The Shift Coordinator is an on-site plant role at Primient responsible for serving as the primary link between an operating area, maintenance/electrical teams, and plant management. The position focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production while coordinating technicians and resources to meet quality and operational goals. The SC develops and executes shift game plans and performs written and verbal handovers to maintain continuity across shifts.
