Shift Engineer (CCGT Power Plant)

The Shift Engineer supervises and manages daily operations at a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of gas and steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and balance of plant systems. This role involves monitoring plant parameters through the Distributed Control System, coordinating start-up and shutdown procedures, and leading shift personnel to achieve generation targets and operational efficiency.
