About this role
The Shift Engineer oversees day-to-day engineering operations of a township in Pune, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. The role reports to the Estate Manager and operates on assigned shifts to maintain service delivery standards and provide immediate technical response. This is a full-time position within the Asset Management division at Cushman & Wakefield.
