Shift Engineer

The Shift Engineer serves as the on-ground senior resource for the Airoli facility, holding end-to-end operational responsibility for electrical and mechanical infrastructure during each shift. The role involves operating critical systems such as substations, transformers, UPS, HVAC, and fire systems while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and OEMs. Additionally, the position ensures shift-level governance, incident response, and compliance with operational standards.
