Shift Incharge

The Shift Incharge role is part of the Sales team and reports to the Section Head-OBL, focusing on driving OBL shift operations in alignment with the company's Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations. The position involves developing and nurturing the team to meet assigned targets and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute logistics projects that improve operational efficiencies. This role is designed to monitor and review logistics operations, enhance customer delight, and develop process controls in line with the business plan.
