The Shift Lead supports theatre management by ensuring operational efficiency, staff communication, and the achievement of daily goals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and assists with associate coaching, training, and policy enforcement to deliver an exceptional guest service experience. The position reports to the General Manager and helps maintain high standards of service and quality across the theatre.
