Shift Lead

This position leads and develops a team of hourly team members while establishing daily production goals and monitoring performance to improve outcomes within the assigned department. The role involves providing visible leadership to ensure safety and quality standards are met, participating in root cause analysis for continuous improvement, and coaching team members through training and performance reviews. The Shift Lead is responsible for coordinating production standards, developing programs to improve operational throughput, and assisting in training on distribution processes and equipment.
