Shift Lead

The Shift Lead oversees assigned facilities shifts to ensure safe and stable data centre operations, coordinating team activities, inspections, and maintenance until formal handover. This role requires hands-on M&E and BMS expertise combined with practical leadership to manage alarms, incidents, and emergency responses under time-critical conditions. The position involves maintaining operational discipline, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting customer and management requests within established SLAs.
