The Shift Lead ensures the team meets daily objectives by implementing improvements, controlling inventory, and supporting safe, efficient production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on leadership by coaching team members, teaching new processes, and empowering them to drive improvements. The Shift Lead works closely with the Shift Supervisor to address safety, quality, and production needs.
