Shift Lead

The Shift Lead ensures smooth-running shifts and assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training. This role involves assisting with compliance to company standards across product preparation, customer relations, and team management to deliver a fast and accurate customer experience.
