Shift Lead

The Shift Lead assists the store manager in leading baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences in retail cafés, ensuring high-quality beverages and specialty coffee knowledge. This role involves leading the team in the absence of the General Manager, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and upholding Equator Coffees' values of integrity and hospitality.
