Shift Leader

The Shift Leader assists the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role contributes to achieving business KPIs, upholding store standards, and assisting with various operational tasks including cashiering, opening and closing, and merchandising. The position also involves actively promoting the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty and creating a dynamic, enjoyable atmosphere for both the team and customers.
