Shift Leader

Jersey Mike's is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to help lead day-to-day restaurant operations and create an environment where customers and team members thrive. This role involves setting the example through positive leadership, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and coaching crew members to ensure high standards of food quality and service. The Shift Leader will also assist with training, inventory management, and resolving customer concerns while supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
