After certification, Shift Leaders manage assigned time periods, ensuring guest satisfaction, team coordination, and the successful execution of restaurant initiatives. During peak hours, they work at the front of the restaurant, leading the team to provide a high-quality guest experience. Proficient in all team member roles and responsibilities, shift leaders effectively manage operations in the absence of a general manager and responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the specific restaurant.
