Shift Manager/ Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in a group home setting by assisting with medical and behavioral health needs, daily living skills, and personal care. This role also involves helping clients engage in community activities and providing management oversight, including supervisory duties, scheduling, and documentation.
