Shift Monitor

The Shift Monitor works under the direction of the Senior Manager of Hope Center, overseeing resident safety and wellbeing, preparing meals, performing janitorial duties, and handling basic property maintenance. This role serves as the first point of contact when key staff are absent, ensuring emergencies are managed appropriately and maintaining accurate shift reports and resident records.
