Shift Officer - Process

The Shift Officer - Process is responsible for executing and monitoring the safe operations of primary and secondary brine purification, salt handling, and chlorine washing and dechlorination processes. This role ensures the smooth operation of key equipment such as belt conveyors, brine saturators, clarifiers, reactors, filters, and ion exchange columns. The position involves logging operational parameters, conducting regular equipment rounds, and addressing any deviations from standard operating procedures. The officer coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain consistent plant performance and safety compliance.
