Shift Operations Manager

This role is responsible for running the shift by managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time. The position focuses on achieving production targets, driving improvements in fab yield, and fostering a disciplined and productive workforce through effective manpower allocation. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a safe, green, and healthy working environment in line with EHS requirements.
