Shift Operator

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring safe and efficient processes through process adjustment, quality control, and equipment inspections. The position requires leading shift operators during startups, shutdowns, and emergency responses while assisting with maintenance and safety audits. The incumbent will also manage contractor safety, issue safety permits, and collaborate with various internal and external teams to maintain operational excellence.
