Shift Supervisor, E-Commerce

The Shift Supervisor, E-Commerce role supports Goodwill’s mission by generating revenue to help people overcome barriers to economic and personal independence. This full-time position acts as a team lead and trainer, driving day-to-day workflow in the E-Commerce or E-Book departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, and involves coaching staff, managing operations, and utilizing technology to list and sell merchandise.
