Shift Supervisor F/T

The Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing all operations of the Goodwill Retail Store or Outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient processing of used goods. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe store environment, training new employees, and managing daily store activities in the absence of senior management. The position requires handling cash transactions, complying with safety and security regulations, and responding to alarm calls as part of the assigned roster.
