Shift Supervisor, Heavy Civil

A Shift Supervisor on Ledcor’s Heavy Civil team provides frontline leadership for earthworks construction, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution during their shift. The role oversees field crews, coordinates daily work plans and production, and ensures activities align with project specifications, schedules, and cost objectives. The supervisor also serves as the on-site point of contact, building relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain a collaborative work environment.
