Shift Supervisor - Six (6) Month Contract

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and environmental permits at the facility. This role involves directing shift operations, troubleshooting plant issues, coordinating maintenance, and training a cross-trained workforce to ensure optimal plant performance. The position requires a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
