Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor will be based at Marathon Petroleum’s Los Angeles refineries (Carson and Wilmington) overseeing an operations work group in an assigned zone. The role is a rotating 12-hour shift position (days and nights) with occasional after-hours response and participation in turnaround/major outage events. The position is focused on maintaining safe, environmentally compliant refinery operations and supporting workforce development.
