Shift Supervisor

This role operationally supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily tasks at The Salvation Army Thrift Store, acting primarily as a Sales Associate. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, processing transactions, sorting donations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store security and cleanliness. The position serves as a Team Lead/Working Supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager and provides on-the-job training to staff.
