Shift Supervisor

This role operationally supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily tasks at a Salvation Army Thrift Store, acting as a Sales Associate when needed. Responsibilities include managing customer transactions, processing and sorting donated goods, maintaining store security and layout, and assisting with inventory control. The position requires a strong work ethic, physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to interact positively with donors and staff.
