Shift Supervisor

This role involves planning and supervising the daily operations of a sector with approximately 25 unionized employees on a night shift. The position is responsible for achieving production objectives, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring continuous improvement through operational excellence. The supervisor will also manage employee training, performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
