Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations at the IRA, ensuring the implementation of routines and serving as the primary point of contact in the absence of management. This role involves modeling appropriate performance for Direct Support Professionals and ensuring active treatment activities are provided to optimize the quality of life for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The position requires supervisory experience and the ability to achieve AMAP certification.
