Shift Supervisor

This role supports and directs the Management Team in running successful shifts while leading hourly Team Members through role-model leadership of the Company’s Core Values. The position involves supervising restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service, and identifying operational issues to drive business growth and profit. The Shift Supervisor works under General Manager guidelines to maintain brand standards and deliver a positive guest experience.
