Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor serves as the point person during the designated swing shift, responsible for supervising Care Coordinators and ensuring the safe, comfortable operation of the residential facility. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing documentation, and collaborating with management to maintain adequate staffing and compliance with all regulations. The position requires active participation in client care, behavioral interventions, and staff training to support the healing environment for teens.
