Shift Supervisor

This role provides direction and support to hourly employees within franchised or corporate establishments by performing or supervising daily operational duties. The position reports to the General Manager and ensures that employees are adequately trained, operational standards are maintained, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. The incumbent coordinates food preparation, monitors cost controls, and analyzes daily financial and inventory metrics. The role requires adherence to all state and federal regulations while fostering a culture of teamwork and flexibility.
