Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor position is operational in nature and involves the supervision of team member activities on shift to ensure that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are fulfilled. The role requires leading by example, managing team performance, and maintaining high hospitality standards to prioritize guest satisfaction. Additionally, the supervisor oversees daily operations, enforces company policies, and ensures health and safety compliance throughout the shift.
