Shift Supervisor

This role involves supervising, coordinating, and controlling the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit through subordinate Supervisors at the Henderson mine and mill. The position ensures continued production operations, adherence to safety procedures, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The Shift Supervisor collaborates with various operational and staff areas to meet schedules and objectives while directly supervising first-line or shift Supervisors.
